Ian Serpless

Ian has practised in Hampton for over 30 years as both an osteopath and physiotherapist.

Ian’s method of treatment is hands-on, manual therapy combining osteopathic and physiotherapeutic approaches and incorporating therapeutic exercise regimes when deemed necessary.

He has tutored undergraduate osteopathic students at RMIT University, ran postgraduate courses in manipulation for physiotherapists and served on the Federal Executive of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Over the years he has treated numerous elite athletes, including AFL footballers and olympic swimming and kayaking medallists, as well as caring for up to four generations of patients in some families.

Outside of work Ian enjoys keeping fit and is a member of the Brighton Icebergers open water swimming group were he swims year-round.
